A cable on our old manual garage door broke late last night, called Overhead Door Company this morning. Isaiah was very helpful scheduling an appointment, luckily there was an opening available. (Dean also did a great job keeping me updated.) Steve was on-site before Noon and quickly diagnosed the issue. He had to go back and get the necessary parts and came back in the afternoon, quickly repaired the door. Steve adjusted the door after having me try it and it is now easier to operate. Definitely recommend Overhead for any garage door issues. They are very professional and reasonably priced for the exceptional experience.

Edit: A spring on the door broke this time. Again, everyone we have worked with from start to finish was wonderful to deal with from the service agent on the phone, dispatcher and repairman. With the latest visit we called in the morning and the door was repaired before Noon. Thanks to Dean and Daniel for their help. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the agent on the phone who was extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone did an excellent job again with communicating and updating us on our appointment status. Definitely recommend for repair needs and we will be using them when we replace the door.

Dean from overhead door was the coordinator to get a technician out to my house. He did a great job and responded superfast.

The technician that showed up was Steven. I explained the scenario that I had going on with my new door. He had it up and running within about 15 minutes on all my devices. I can open and close from the car mirror Button, from the visor buttons, they come with the system, from the keypad and from my iPhone. It was simple to replicate the myQ app on my wife’s phone. So now we’re totally wired in. Steven did a fine job, Totally professional very personal. A good guy.

I had contact another garage door company the night the accident happened, and he was gonna come the next morning, but he had a dental issue that kept him away. I called overhead door at 10 o’clock and Dean in the office assured me to get somebody right out to the house, and Josh, their technician, showed up at 11:40, less than two hours later, took care of everything I needed to have done and did such a wonderful job. I would recommend overhead door company to anybody who requests needs for their garage door

Daniel was great. He was efficient and looked at the small issues first. He explained things very well and was polite and professional.

11/5 got 2 basic garage doors installed today. This is an older structure and they made it work. They hauled off the old swing out big doors, installed some framing and then put in the new doors. They look great. Service was stellar. Process was smooth.

Doors were not the cheapest option but one step up from the large amount of options.

I probably won't need garage doors again for a few decades but if I did I would call these folks with no concern.

** The garage is unfinished and the doors are level with the opening the gap under the doors particularly on the left one is due to the soil inside, not the install. I will address that.

Steve D was my fix it man. He along with Billy are the men I have had come out. Both men were so good. Nice and fun to talk too.
The absolutely nicest folks and didn't leave till they saw everything was working perfectly.
Will be using them again soon
Would recommend them all day long.

This team went above and beyond to achieve the goals of my project. Worked with me to coordinate installation with adjacent work. Steven, the technician, was very professional and glad to support the project to achieve the desired intent, getting the door track and door above the rafter ties for a concealed door when fully opened. Dean, the dispatcher, was always quick to respond and keep me in the loop through the entire process. Very happy with the work and professionalism!

These guys came through in short notice! Dean fielded my concerns and technical specs. He quickly dispatched Jousis, a capable technician that was out the next day. He knocked out the fix in an hour, and we were back in business! Great communication and response time. Thanks fellas!

Salesman was helpful and very experienced
Rudy Romero, installer, was 5-stars over the top & even very much an expert in all aspects of the installation. He even provided guidance in my replacing some rotted wood.

Needed a really good insulated garage door, and reached out to Overhead Door based on great past service my folks had. Rusty, the area sales rep, came right out and dialed me in on what I wanted, offering sound advice too. When the door arrived, Rudy, the installer and one man band, pro’d it out with precision and attention to detail. Both guys were good people, just easy to talk to like we have known each other for a bit, even though we have not. Great feeling as a customer after pulling the trigger on a purchase like this. I will be buying a second garage door in the near future and will have no hesitation on who to call and who to refer to anyone else with similar garage door needs. Thank you Rudy and Rusty, you guys rock!

We had an exceptional experience with Overhead Door. Rudy Romero was our installer. He did a great job. I would highly recommend. Rusty Price helped us with the quote and found a perfect color match.

Rusty at Overhead Door has done many jobs for the construction company I work for. He's always very responsive, communicates clearly, and works well with our project managers on scheduling. They take pride in their work and follow through.

We had two five panel insulated and wind rated garage doors installed. From rep. Rusty to the installer Billy, the process was seamless.
