For info on operators, homeowners can check out the “Garage Door Opener” section on the OHD of the High Country™️ website.
You may be able to reset your operator manually, but most operators don’t actually feature a reset button. Occasionally, however, you can get your operator to work by unplugging the unit, waiting 60 seconds, and plugging it back in. This gives the internal computer chip a chance to recycle itself.
All torsion springs are covered by a one-year labor warranty. This warranty starts the same day that you begin your service. Warranties from OHD of the High Country™️ cover defects in both material and workmanship. On top of that coverage, the actual spring itself has a four-year warranty included, which gives you a warranty that lasts five years in total.
Beginning on the day you start your service, your extension spring warranty is covered by one year of labor and one year on the spring itself.
Any garage door part or accessory we’ve replaced is covered for 90 days starting the day you begin your service. Labor is covered for 30 days.
