  • Meets ASHRAE 90.1 and IECC® infiltration requirements with a third-party tested value of less than 0.4 cfm/ft2
  • Meets California Code of Regulation, Title 24 air infiltration requirements with a third-party tested value of less than 0.3 cfm/ft2​

A technician came to fix my garage door opener. He fixed the problem in the most economical way and told me what to do to prevent it. He also did preventive maintenance. When an unusual unrelated issue happened the following day, they returned quickly and repaired it under warranty. I was very pleased.
